Found this article interesting, not because some guy dressed up as a lass to fondle females in the gender segregated metro cars in Mexico... but that they're segregated by gender in the first place. David has a nice write up if you don't read Spanish, but apparently the line is segregated because of the amount of people squished in the cars.
But I really have to question this. I've rode "The Tube" (London's underground) enough to know it can get very, very crowded during rush hour. Never once have I seen inappropriate behavior. I'm sure, that occasionally exists... but I believe one would only need to state what was happening and others would step in to apprehend the perv.
