I created this kata by mixing up different techniques in goju karate katas, & tai chi yang, & arnis. Associated with Center for Anti-violence Education (CAE). CAE is a center located in United States, Brooklyn, New York. It trains women, transgender people, children, & teens in self-defense, martial arts, tai chi, arnis, & chi chuang.
